- Architected a serverless Gmail ingestion pipeline on AWS Lambda (OAuth, incremental sync, orchestration, S3) that turns retailer emails into structured purchase data and surfaces the products in-app.
- Built a product-image extraction pipeline (domain filtering, heuristic scoring, deduplication, Gemini Vision validation) to isolate wearable fashion items from noisy email HTML.
- Designed an evaluation harness that benchmarked 5 image-generation models across 26 product photos with automated HTML/CSV scoring reports; the winner now powers lay-flat product imagery.
- Improved recommendation and visual-search retrieval with bounding-box ranking, category-aware similarity sorting, and intelligent backfill.
- Owned the full user shopping experience UI, from design through implementation.
Arity — Machine Learning Project Fellow

- Cleaned and engineered features from 60,000+ iOS and Android telematics events, converting raw GPS and sensor fields into modeling variables.
- Built and evaluated 12+ K-Means, DBSCAN and HDBSCAN workflows; a 3-cluster K-Means model separated 90° turns, U-turns and lane changes without labels.
- Led a 6-person team through sprint planning, model review and milestone delivery with Arity stakeholders, translating clusters into readable turn labels. The team's supervised random forest reached 96% accuracy.
